  • Chance to Attend Yarlung Records Recording Session!

Yuko Mabuchi, Bobby Breton (l), Del Atkins (r)

Know any jazz fans in Los Angeles? Join us for a concert recording session at the Brain and Creativity Institute’s Cammilleri Hall at 12pm on Friday March 31st to hear the Yuko Mabuchi Trio. We’re so happy to be back in the beautiful acoustics of Cammilleri Hall where we made debut albums with Sophisticated Lady jazz quartet and violinist Nigel Armstrong.

Join us for Yuko Mabuchi on piano, Del Atkins on bass and Bobby Breton on drums. New tunes and some standards, including special arrangements for the Trio and strings by Derek Tywoniuk.

The concert is free, but please RSVP. We must limit our audience so we can place additional recording equipment for SonoruS Holographic Imaging and Surround Sound as well as Stereo recording chains. We’ll send updated directions and parking info the week before the concert.

Last night’s rehearsal was great. Hope to see you in a few weeks! March 31st, at 12 noon.

Our next newsletter will include a series of great new reviews for James Matheson, Obsidian and Sibelius Piano Trio. Here’s a sneak peak.

Also upcoming will be your invitation to a series of Miles David concerts, also in BCI’s Cammilleri Hall. (Hint, some celebrated Yarlung musicians will be performing for you among others!)

    Sincerely,

    Bob Attiyeh, producer
