  • Hello

I found this forum as a result of a search for information on Magico's M3. I have a pair of these babies on order and expect them to be delivered in October. I'm currently using a pair of the Company's S1 Mk II speakers. If they are any indication of what is in store for me, I am going to need additional sets of underwear. Also had the opportunity to tour the Magico factory a few weeks ago and hear the M3's. I'm not going to draw any conclusions based on that experience because my front end and my room are so much different from what Alon has in his shop. I was attracted to Magico due to my small listening room and issues I have had with ported speakers. The sealed design Magico employs appealed to me. The S1's were a joy to place and are giving me all the soundstage and accuracy I could hope for. I think I can add something to the discussion on Magico's products when I finally get the equipment in place and broken in.

Glad to have you aboard Cincy!

Congrats and looking forward to your comments! I expect you should have similar results with your D'Ag amplifiers. Dan's amps can control pretty much any speaker out there and their neutrality should work well with the M3s.

Know that patience isn't exactly in the audiophile dictionary but know I'd be marking the days off the calendar until my speakers arrived. Of course then begins the break-in process!
