    Hello from the Pacific Northwest

    First post, I'm a 69 year old retired guy, deeply into music and audio related matters. My system has evolved over 40+ years, and had been largely driven by an enjoyment of DIY and limited budget. Diy Tannoy HPD 315's, restored Garrard 401 'table, and many more projects over the years. My habit is to listen to music from late evening to early a.m. daily.

    Jazz, classical, blues, some rock is what I enjoy.

      Thanks Myles, it'll be interesting to see how your new site works out. I enjoyed Audio Evo while it lasted, it had a good vibe to it. This site will be much the same, I would think.

      Hello Bruce, I wonder how close we are as neighbors. I live on Whidbey Island, are we anywhere near close? Never encountered another audio guy in 44 year here on The Rock, as we call it. Maybe the audio Gods are smiling, and you're not in Boise or something.

    I'm just in Issaquah. I teach part-time in Everett as a Motorcycle Safety Instructor, so we're really close.
