I hadn't right now but it there's enough interest among the members, can certainly add it to the forum.

I asked for the same sort of board shortly after the forum's inception. As I see now, the thread was deleted. I suspect, as it was pointed out during the course of the discussion that a so-called reviewer - Peter B. - who opined on reference-level cans didn't even know how to put them on his head. The punchline: the pads are heavily angled and the cords point away from the head. He didn't notice, because he knows nothing about the subject, but he's going to review them. As a what? Worse, he took on a high-level position in the discussion. Ignorance coupled with vanity is certainly entertaining,

Would folks like to see a few videos of him wearing the cans backwards and then complementing the vendor on the sound? Not just once. It's like me reviewing mountain climbing gear without ever putting it on so that it actually works. Absurd. Intellectually dishonest.

We started our own group on FB - Headphone Amplifiers - where folks can speak freely. Adults don't need rules or a secret police to delete their posts. In less than four months our membership has eclipsed this forum's. You're more than welcome to join. This will likely be deleted, too.

you may think you're acting as 'adults' on facebook but you're certainly not immune from libel or slander lawsuits for **speaking your mind** some of the highest profiles cases which have grabbed the headlines were on FB! I'm interested in the subject (headphone gear) I don't have experience with the latest and greatest but I enjoy the dac/amp/cans desktop system I use now.

Felix, I'm sorry if you can't find your post but I most certainly didn't delete it. It might have gotten lost as did one whole thread in the beginning of the forum (the show us your turntable thread).

In the beginning, I just didn't want empty forums but if there's enough interest in headphones, I have no problem with creating a headphone forum. In fact, I hoped to have Michael Mercer contribute on headphones but his life has been a little turbulent lately and kept him from posting.
