If there is one recording of theirs I'd recommend it is "Live at the Mauch Chunk Opera House". I believe that their live in the studio performance for the CBC is better, but I do not believe it has been released commercially.

My wife and I are big fans of the Jennys. Thanks for posting. Mark Knopfler is a HUGE fan of Ruth Moody and she has played live with him (saw them together at Royal Albert Hall, London) and she plays on his last album. They are great together. Her own last album These Wilder Things is also worth checking out. She does a great cover of Dancing in The Dark (Bruce).
