  • New York Record Stores Becoming Few and Fewer

Tower (like when Walmart comes into a community) killed all the small record stores and when they went belly up, left us with basically nothing.

Not sure which is more endangered species: high-end audio or record stores.

      Always liked Other Music.

I walked past the guy who sells records on the corner of 7th Avenue and 23rd Street today. He's usually got something interesting.

I wonder how Rough Trade is doing in Williamsburg.

I know what you mean, just a few up in my area. But if you ever have a chance go visit Bananas Music in St Pete. huge selection of music.

I Guess the record stores still going strong either own their building or just have money and enjoy supporting the hobby.
