ID:	59338 Still totally enamored with this reel-to-reel experience! Fat Babies "Thumpin' And Bumpin'".......pre-war jazz swing! Feels like we're in a Speak Easy! Great music most excellently recorded by Jonathan Horwich. I wasn't fast enough to get in on the Direct From The Master copies but if they're better than this I probably wouldn't be able to contain myself anyway. Wow!

I purchased this Vic Damone album at Tower Records downtown in the early 90s. Tower had a lot of records in those days and some interesting ones too. This was a British reissue. Digital at that which was a bit of a turn off but the recording dates from Damone's best years singing some great songs beautifully arranged. Damone is glorious so the digital and fake stereo, these were mono originally, make you forget the reissue's shortcomings. Good pressing.
