        • Okay , after listening to some Wilco and Imelda may again on LP, I decided to go back to my freshman year of high school days, and listen to Tago Mago by Can (though the 2011 remastered issue) from Tidal. I can't think of the last time I listened to the whole thing. What a cool album.

          • BECK - Colours. I like this album, but it certainly will not go down as one of his best. He has seemed to lost the art of writing a decent chorus.

Self taught. What an amazing talent and a seemingly spontaneous recording in rustic southern France.. This album isn't falling out of trees; I was lucky to find a mint copy on Discogs and quite inexpensive; keep an eye out for it, one will come. around.

Still on my list and haven’t pulled the trigger. Maybe a XMAS present.

                    • Poulenc's Organ Concerto on Side 2 will test the low end of even the world's best system and speakers. Can those speakers move air? This EMI will let you know right away. Oh yeah. Great music too.

                      • I know this is Easter music but I have a tradition of playing it at least once at Christmas time.
As my system improves the HIP instruments become more palatable. :-) This the best year yet.

I actually do the same with one of my versions.
Also some might say it’s actually more suited to this time of year.

                      • Finally getting around to spinning.

                        • Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dreams. one of my fav albums. This 2011 sounds pretty good. not as good as original UK or US purple marble pressings, but its more than good enough on its own right.
