    Pricing and Availability of New Delmark Tapes


    I received confirmation back from Delmark on pricing and release dates.

    The Junior Wells, Hoo Doo Man Blues album will be the first release on April 12th the first day of Axpona. Delmark will have a booth at Axpona and they will have albums available for sale at their booth. The price for the 2 track version will be $400.00 but it can be pre-ordered before the show for $375.00. The 1/4 track version will be $150.00.

    The second release will be the Jimmy Forrest, All the Gin is Gone on May 10th. Pricing will the same as above. There is also a possibility that will have a few copies available at Axpona as well.

    They have not given me the release dates on the Sun Ra or Magic Sam yet, but I suspect June and July.
