      Sure hope that the white promotional label sounds good
      Its a heavy premium for something that's actually only a white label, no guarantee that it will sound better then normal label.
      Prices on the originals are steadily rising all the time
      Luckily I already have a first edition of this record, although not in mint condition.

          That seller Funk You is quite a phenomenon. I watch his auctions all the time. He gets good to amazing stuff - often wildly overgraded - and people over pay like crazy. Its almost as if they feel like its an honor to buy something from him...or he has shill bidders.

                                              What gets me are eBay sellers who double the price of an album that is still in stock or OOP but often still available from Elusive Disc, Acoustic Sounds or Music Direct for 1/2 the price. Always, always double check the price of newer releases seen on eBay before buying!

                                                  I don't buy music from eBay anyway, but it's fun to look around. Discogs is a pretty good place to gauge for price, but even then it's sometimes hit and miss. You just have to be aware of the market by doing research, research and more research before either buying or selling.

                                                  I just got five TBM albums off discogs for a pretty good price.

                                                  I use Discogs a lot and seems especially good if looking for rock music.
