    If I recall, Paul McCartney was dating Peter's sister Jane while Peter was singing with Gordon. When the Beatles started Apple Records, they brought in Peter to sign talent and the first artist he signed was James Taylor. Asher went on to produce Linda Ronstadt, of course. Lot's of talent there and a great story.
