  • John Carpenter's Lost Themes

I grew up watching John Carpenter movies and his synth scores are seared into my memory. Lately I've been enjoying his albums Lost Themes I & II. The music feels nostalgic although never used in any of his films. It's a fun listen.

One of my favorite John Carpenter soundtracks and movies starring Rowdy Roddy Piper! Great sound too!

I'm confused, is John Carpenter a movie director, or a movie score composer, or both?

I cannot hear the words "John Carpenter" without thinking of Adrienne Barbeau. Which has very little to do with movies or acting.

Lucky guy married her too. I think it might be time to revisit "Swamp Thing."
