    Only 2!

Edit ... Checked again and shockingly enough I actually have six of them ...

Neil Young - After the gold rush
Pink Floyd - Dark side of the moon
    The Clash - London calling
    Paul Simon - Graceland
    Nirvana - Nevermind
    Tom Waits - Mule variations

They are all decent albums except for London calling which is great and truly worthy of being called a classic.
Maybe Dark side of the moon is worthy aswell but thats just because Im in a good mood today.

I think I bought two version of Mule Variations and listened to each album twice. That was at least 14 years ago. What am I missing?

Mule Variations is not one of Tom Waits finest. Swordfish Trombones or Rain Dogs would have been my choice.

Sorry guys, but I’m certainly a Mule Variations fan. I believe it is a strong outing for Tom. Just not as easily obvious as a couple of the others mentioned. Love the dark murky textural layers.

I only have 15 of the albums but I have songs on iTunes from many more of them. And I would question some of the misses and choices on the list, especially whether they qualify as "classic rock", as an aficionado of the genre.

I would have never bought any of the heavy metal albums.

Just nine; a lot of those bands I considered to be AM radio trash.
