    Mark,

Good price rack and a good review, will consider it.

In the meantime, the black rack you have next to the Audio Vault seems more substantially made for supporting heavy turntable and plinth. What is it?

Thanks. I agree reviewing a rack is not as sexy as equipment, but you can't listen to your music without one and the better your rack, the better your music.

With my back issues I need a rack that is about 2 shelves higher, which would raise the price beyond my means. Not just that, I think for the gear I own it would be a disproportionate investment.

Ki-I have already written your name on it. Will you becoming here in person to pick it up? The legs are all filled with lead shot and the base of the stand weighs well over 100lbs.

Johnny-I won't get into the cost factor, but I'm pretty sure you would hear an improvement with the gear you have if you placed it on a better quality rack than what you are currently using. I slummed with a cheap rack for too long.

I hear ya, and I don't disagree. It's a lovely looking unit as well and I'd love to get it.

Dang... I need to buy a pickup truck for the road trip. Can the lead shot be left behind and get just the stand on a pallet?

Sure, the lead shot can be left behind as long as you remove all of it!

Enjoyed reading the rack review mark. I see it's staying for digital duties.
