  • KLaudio hybrid tonearm

There were interests in learning more about the KLaudio tonearm introduced recently in Munich.

Here are few shots of its predecessor with more elaborate laser guidance setup and variable arm lengths:

    I can't see the pics!

I've seen 'the'(?) video of the arm. Looks very interesting

It's odd... I can see them on my screen. But here they are again as attachments.

        Few notes:

The laser arrangement on the right of the cartridge had been changed due to mounting difficulties with variations in turntable plinth designs. The Kronos Sparta had plenty of space though.

If you would look closely just behind of the cartridge connector, you will see black colored rectangular tubes and two thumb screws. This was to be arm extension feature that extended the arm from 9" to beyond 14". However, I didn't think added complexity and unnecessary flexibilities are warrantied. The arm will have different fixed lengths.

Also, I thought having remote controlled VTA adjustments would be nice. The arm has stepper motor to drive VTA and can be controlled up down from pushbuttons on the arm base but remote was held back.

It's odd that sometimes, I can copy and paste images into the post as I had done before but it didn't work this time. I am on MS Surface Pro.
