I bought one from him, excellent restoration and a great turntable, very quiet. He has lots of options and plenty of TD-124's to pick from, he is a lovely man. Having said that I didn't keep it long, mounted an SME IV with a Shure V15 MKV for a while and decided it wasn't for me. It has a great big sound but nowhere near the inner detail I crave. Also, they are great and quirky turntables but I am someone at this stage of my life who doesn't want to tinker too much and the TD-124 will require more maintenance than a new Technics 1200 or LP12 which is what I settled on.Comment
