  • MasterBuilt's New USB Cables

    I'm happy to announce..........

MasterBuilt Audio has just released two new USB cables. The Reference USB and the Ultra USB. Both cables will be at Axpona in the Burton room and in room 426.

If you are using USB for your digital front end, don't miss the opportunity to stop by and have a listen to these new cables.

They are in the prototype stage right now. I've been told we will have the first Reference,Signature, and Ultra phono cables in the next month or so. I don't know which cables I will have first but assume it will be the Ultra since people are already trying to purchase them. I really miss vinyl. I probably have at lest another year before I can trust my little daughter around a turntable. Why do you think the Endeavor speakers have phase plugs lol. No dented domes at my house

Can you send me photos of your tone arms so I can see how the DIN connector is.

Oh coming out with a phono cable.

Audio and kids I understand. Years ago, my neighbors' kid decided to punch his Apogee Calipers and left a permanent dent in them! Or when a colleague's 2 year old daughter decided to sit on the output tubes of his cj Premier 8 (a good reason for using the covers!).

It's always funny if it's someone else's screen LOL Just kidding brother!

My arm is mounted so getting a shot is a bit tricky. Here's a pic of what I'm using now. 90 degree connector please.

I have MasterBuilt working on the cables to hook straight to the cartridge. I can't even fathom what Ultra will do coming straight from the cartridge. Now I have to go and buy a dam turntable.

So now I have to do some serious research

Yup Odin Gotta say I do love the Odin. It has great presence without sacrificing body. Something older Nordosts did in my personal and admittedly limited experience. I do have a second Elite waiting to be mounted. I've wanted an Ultra Phono ever since I b-tested the prototypes and now have the final production XLRs.
