Playback designs had several new products on display at Axpona including the 130 wpc, Class A/B IPS-3 integrated amp/DAC featuring PCM up to 384kHz and quad-DSD capability.

The most interesting product and one that I didn't have time to compare in and out of the circuit is Andrea's new Pinot A/D convertor. Would be really interesting to compare 15 ips reel-to-reel tape with the Quad DSD copy!
