Have you tried a regen ? USB has many kinds of noise
this device may isolate the data bus but it does not isolate the v bus 5 volt. In fact it uses its power. So my first guess would be no stay away. A regen does not isolate but like a hub it re transmits the data and uses its own power source not the incoming USB. I have triedany usb converters and cleaners.

not all improved every dac. A case in point is the HUGO and ps audio ds dac.

I posted my results and emailed both parties. Both answer and no one had a good answer.
Mid spmeone asked me for a USB device to try and improve here audio experience hands down its a regen at 150 it's well spent money. I would say go spend 600 ona USB cable lol. While USB cables matter one thing they dos not do is improve sound from jitter as in bad v bus power or poor distal data from a non caps audio source.
But a regen does help this. I hope this is helpful drop you.

That is not correct. Intona gives a full galvanic isolation, which includes +5V, GND and both datalines.

It works great with my lampi.

Haven't used the intona but I've had a few others in my system to no real effect. Now I use a BelCanto RefLink with a DAC 3.5VB and I use fiber between the RefLink and the DAC. That combination seems to isolate my system from the gremlins these devices are designed for.

but I am glad it does help some. The regen did not help me on my lampi. I read about the bell canto being a very good one as well. Although it cost me plenty to build my server I am very happy with it. I do not to try new versions of hq player and not upsample as well. I am told by luk of lampi it's very good.

All of those magic black boxes are very system dependent. What works in one system, doesn't necessarly have to work in another.

The Regen did wonders to my Trinity DAC - especially the Regen Green, not the updated Orange. On my Lampi Regen was a step backwards. Go figure.

We cannot figure lol except to buy or loan. By the way my updated b7 returns today with new caps , new kron tubes and new R 2 R non SW PCM and dsd board
