Just posted today. For $699 it's a steal. I'm buying the review sample.

Nice review, Steve. My only iFi experience was with their first gen phono stage, which I found to be very good for the price.

The first iPhono was very good. The iPhono2 was a big step up, and the new iPhono3 Black Label is killer for $1000. I still use an iPhono2 with an iPowerX power supply.

I've been wondering how the latest version would compare against my similarly-priced Soundsmith MCP-2 MKll.
