    MSB Technologies has announced The Theater Master - a new DAC with DSD 256 and PCM playback in Stereo or up to 8 Channel.

    It may be the highest priced DAC on the market.
    Pricing starts at $124,995 before options (Dual & Mono Power Bases, Femto Clocks, I2S, MQA, S/PDIF) are added.

                This is a lot less than the most expensive DAC ever produced at $200k! And that was only 2-channel!!!!

                  Of the 8 outs, 5 are for speakers, 2 are for subs, and 1 is to insert your grounding wire in.

                    Actually, they will work together - you put the digital signal into illusonic/datasat/trinnov and take the digital out to MSB so that you have a corrected and processed signal going into a dac that will convert to it to analog for the preamp

                      Illusonic s a very competent Dac already. You dont need anything else and it costs about $20K for the 16 channel and much less for the 8 channel version.
