Better looking in person than pics. New front allows owners to see the LED more easily during biasing. Also could if ever happens see which tube went.

Came with 5 days of playing under their belt. Fired them up and putting those hours on the Teflon caps. 300 hours or so of playing recommended for break-in.

Meow. Maybe I'm fooled by the lens. At 19" wide it looks like you have ~5ft spread between speakers.

Those Anniversary Art 300 mono's look very good & I think visually match up well with your Gat 2 preamp & Magico's. They should grip your S5's with an iron fist, but also provide all the magic CJ is known for.

Which cables do you have on rotation for this review Myles? Looking forward to further updates incl: how they compare to your old Art mono's .

68 inches center to center, 24 inches from side wall and approx. 67 inches from back wall. Started with ratio that Alon used with the Q-series and went from there.

Good question. I don't think so but will check with Josh.

Kitties are disappointed that the surface area to lay on is about 50 pct less than the old amps. But they are coping.

Not familiar with the KT150 tube. Hoping these amps maintain the CJ magic in the mid-range. As Myle's mentioned, they look much better in person. I like the look with the tube cage removed around the output tubes. Much cleaner. Eager for the burn in and review!

The "open" front allows for much easier biasing too. Easier to see the LED lights.

As much as I like the looks of the 300s.. They don't look quite as sexy as the ART Monos did... but they are growing on me for sure.

There should be quite a difference in the low end on your Maggies.

Though I was hoping that these amps with 8 output tubes would run cooler than the ART monos with 16 output tubes. Not sure that's been realized as am sure these tubes are dissipating a lot of heat putting out 300 wpc.

Oh yes, it took all of about 10 seconds of listening to notice the quite substantial added weight to the low end with the 300s. A nice improvement right out of the box., I too was thinking just maybe a bit less heat. Well, at this point I'd say the 300's throw every bit as much heat if not a tad more than the Monos did. But what the heck, winter is on the way.

Ray, have you bought a pair or having a home demo? Congrats!!

I hope the added weight to the bottom end is in depth, impact and tightness.
