The previous owner of all these stuff is in jail serving 7 year sentence. He was a chairman of a savings bank. He defrauded depositors' money and spent it as if it was his own. Fancy cars and warehouse full of audio gear are some of the examples. The government confiscated the all of these stuff and trying to auction the items off to pay restitution to the victims. What is list is a very small portion of what they found in the warehouse.

I am sure I made the situation sound too simple. The guy was crafty in packing the deposits into a type investment that common people didn't really understand. At the end it was clear fraud. I believe there is a bank regulating body in Korea but if there's a will, a crook can find a way to steal I believe.Comment
