    I visited rapsidy on Saturday night.
    He is ordering me a new MQA USB input for my msb stack.
    While we played some tracks on his systems. A candy store of sound to die for. Goldmund , magico , msb select
    to die for systems. To hear so much and switching systems with a button lol. Go try that with your analog stuff. We played loud as it should be. The level of details and absolute quality was heaven.
    Now that would be more than enough but it's owner bob is a rare bread of not just loving what he does but showing kindness and gernerosity in entertaining that was way above anything I ever have been showed.
    Anyone looking for audio where ever you live please consider this store front. I learned so much from being with him an extremely talented pro at the least.
    What ever I asked was done to show changes. A gallery of installs also was a treat to observe.
    While we played all digital I look forward to a revisit of some top analog playing as well.
    I have never felt anyone cared as he does a new level for me. so many top end choices to flip through an audio nervana of sorts. When it's this good time flies and no food is needed all I needed was to see and hear.
    Amd bob is right tidal on his systems is so good it's hard to feel the need for you own music. Myles he played dean MARTIN the suicide album hahaha. I turned him
    onto the civil wars

      I've had the same experience with Bob multiple times and experienced his generosity recently as well. He goes above and beyond what I've experienced with anyone/anywhere else. While the equipment at Rhapsody is drool-worthy for sure; it would definitely be less enthralling without Bob playing host. Bob's perspective is unique in that while he's an "industry insider", he doesn't take things too seriously and is game for "fun" as any one of us who are just hobbyists. He's dealt with so much of the highest level gear in his time and has so much life experience in his previous non audio life, he's a wealth of knowledge to learn from as well. I'd reiterate Al's suggestion for folks to spend some time in Bob's den when in NYC - the ability to switch seamlessly between fully active Goldmunds to Kaiser and Magico speakers, from Goldmund to Vitus to Kondo pre-amp and amps, from MSB and the Ginga TT and tape sources - in the same room - is undoubtedly a unique treat.

          Bob certainly is the best, he is an audiophile first and foremost (living the dream). Been trying to link him and AL up for years as I knew they would get on well. Wish I could have been there and listened to all those grown up toys.

          Bob, howdyah like that Satchmo DSD track? Hahaha, that is my secret weapon of mass enjoyment.

            Yes, you were always right about Al....great guy with a LOT of great music. Satchmo DSD track is amazing of course. When you come back over this way we'll have fun, we can go over to Al's place and hear those big Infinity's. I am going to go over and hear them soon.
