    Goodness in audio..... I just cleaned all my electrical connections with Deoxit...... its an though I brought in all new components. What a change for better!!..not subtle at all. Hardly any discoloration on the Q-tips.....but wow...

    Better connections on the signal connectors, I also tighten the ground section with pliers just enough to make them very snug

      Neither does Kontak. And the differences are unmistakable too.

      I seem to remember the Qtip being dirtier with Deoxit than Kontak though.

        I've heard good things about Deoxit, but have been a bit hesitant to use their products mainly because it's like going down a rabbit hole...their range includes a cleaner, rejuvenator, conditioner and protector. Then there is about a dozen different applicators! Fortunately most of my gear is either fairly new, or brand new so I just use medical grade 99.8% Isopropyl alcohol on Q-tips. I have a few years yet before I need to maybe use something like Deoxit!
