Congrats! I thought the prototype amps sounded great on the Infinity Betas at RMAF two years ago!!!

I found a nice improvement by rolling two TUNGSRAM PCC88 in the amp. Available at the TUBE STORE for 30.00 each.
          Cheers

I appreciate the tube suggestion. I am partial to their default choice of the Golden Lion 6922's. However, half the fun is trying new ones. I will put the Tungsram's at the top of the list for my first roll!

Bascom King, the designer, says the amp sounds a little better with the TUNGSRAM. I think it is a fairly substantial improvement.

Or even the Mullard/Ei PC88s that Kevin carries.

I have the Tungsram PCC88's on order. Matched pair should be here before the BHK is.

I have the PS Audio gear installed and I am getting the burn in done. I did replace the BHK 250 amp's tubes with the Tungsram PCC88's. Out of the box everything sounded very nice but 30+ hours in things are beginning to settle in beautifully. Power and grace are a potent combination for any Amp/Pre combo.

I was fortunate to receive one of the Bascom King autographed units.

Tom, they are the .7's. They are a terrific value. I am not sure of what could take them on for the price.
