Exciting news! The G2 is supposed to be a knock out preamp. I think this was a great move given you have the matching amps already. Enjoy!

Congrats! I'm not familiar with your BAT preamp but I once owned the BAT REX. Given you already have Audionet and YG, it should be a good move. Kubala cables as well - sounds like a GTT system to me (and one of the most impressive at shows!).

Thanks, I used a REX preamp and REX monoblocks with the first two pr. of YG's I had. I heard the AudioNet/YG combo while visiting Bill at GTT and really liked it. Started with the amps and working my way back to the turntable.

Really! I lucked into the bigger YG's. My downfall/upgrade was hearing the AudioNet gear at GTT. Just a piece away from completing the trilogy (phono/pre/amps)
Just a couple more days without music.

Thank you! Torture is the word that comes to mind.
Good thing is I have done a lot of work to my room while I can. Paint, ordered room treatment, deadened/treated the stairwell wall behind me. Broke down the rack and added some DIY supports I couldn't find when we moved here 2 years ago. Opened and dusted all gear, cleaned all connections, finished extra record racks.
My wife says she forgot how productive I am when I don't have music. She said from now on when I fall behind on my honey do list she's going to hold the turntable PSU hostage. (I hope she's joking)

That's funny and I'm sure she's joking. I would just sulk without music. I have a headphone system for backup but it's not the same.

Congrats Tom!. I hope its everything you are looking forward to. Is there such a thing as a reverse honey do list that men give their wives?? Nah, just dreaming.

        Congratulations Tom.

May the AudioNet preamp bring you many years of listening enjoyment.

BTW: Are your Anat III Signatures the full vertical stack or the rare custom ones I'm thinking about?

Mine are vertical. But I've seen two pair that the bottom sub is separate. I think GTT has a used pair for sale. Mine are like the Sonja 1.2, one bass section per side.
