    Anyone else go to Canjam SoCal today?

    Probably should have asked this yesterday as "Is anyone going to CanJam Socal tomorrow..." but I forgot. Heard some interesting things in both the very high priced and the relatively low priced sides of the headphone/personal audio world.

    I'll comment on specific things later.

      Turned my son onto higher end headphones at Taves. His favorite there? The Hifi Man HE-1000! Coming from Beats, that's a huge jump!

      Would be interested if you heard the new Sennheiser HD800s...

        No, I missed the HD800s. but with the noise level at most of the booths, open back headphones are tough to tell much about. I hope to have a brief show report on Positive Feedback soon.
        I never let my son have Beats. He started with Sennheiser HD201, and now has Sennheiser HD280. He wanted Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro, but they were out of his the range. He does love his HD280s though.

          Smart man. My son loved his Beats, hard for him to give it up. But now he loves his Sennheisers. So much better he says.
