          I think there was something wrong with the tape deck. Plus, I had the feeling that it was more for display than anything else.

          I tried to convince the person doing the demos to talk to Technics about bringing out a new, improved version of their RS1500 for around $4000-5000. It was like talking to a wall.

          The Pear Audio turntable is based on the Nottingham. I think Andre reviewed the table for TAS.

                  Oh OK. Then there was a third no show too. I saw Audio Arts was listed but wasn't there. Unless I missed them. I also don't seem to remember NOLA being there in Rm. 801 but again could have missed.

                Had fun with my friends despite the show, which was poor. This promoter is 0-3. NYC area audiophiles deserve something much better.
