I bought this thinking my new Benz LPS would take forever to get here, and my old LPS would be dead by now. New one is here and old one still sounds great. (although it rides low)
So this can go to make room for the outboard PSU to go with my AudioNet phonostage. It was mounted on 4-8-17 and taken off one week later. It has exactly 22 hours on it. Output is .4, so I would guess at least 60-65 db of gain is what you will need. I used 65db. It was just starting to open up and flesh out images nice when I took it off. It's not broke in yet. My impressions of my short time are, it's very fast and very detailed with nice meaty images. Of the cartridges I've owned I put it as a nicer version of the Dynavector XV-1s . A faster meatier version. Cost was $5K new with a built as ordered wait time. I'll take $3K. It has 2 year warranty and complete rebuild is 650.00 if/when the time comes. This was hand built by Peter. It will go to audiogon after my vacation. This was not a rebuilt MKI, but is a new, few month old MKII.
