  • Eat Your Favorite Musical Instrument

I was once given a chocolate record designed to look like the RCA release Scheherazade.

But this is a new one on me! A musical instrument? Saw this while taking a tour of Boehm's Chocolate Factory in Issaquah, Washington. All they need is a mold (you can see one in this picture) to make your favorite instrument. It can come solid or hollow depending upon whether or not you turn the mold while chocolate is cooling. Meant to ask them if it came with a white chocolate bow!?!?

My piano teacher handed out chocolate composer coins. I saved most of them ('til eventual melting) but particularly enjoyed Jan Paderewski. I never heard of him at the time so I ate him.
