  • Apple Watch 4

Have been using the Apple watch since day 1, think the latest Series 4 will be great for audiophiles to keep track of our hearts ?
Apple Watch Series 4 features ECG on your wrist, low and high heart rate notifications, fall detection, Emergency SOS, and new Breathe watch faces.

That looks like an interesting product but I stopped wearing a watch many years ago.

It was my way to battle stress related issues. Since I didn't have a watch, I didn't worry about what time it was and I relaxed more. It worked for me and my stress went down and I became the laid back person I have been for a long time now.

Personally I think its bad to worry about the time. It doesn't help anyway.
